Is the annual commitment required to use the tool?

The commitment is not required at Capian, you can take a punctual subscription according to your needs. Whatever the chosen subscription, you can stop without any cost at any time.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will only be effective the following month. This gives you time to finalize your heuristic analysis.

You can find a follow-up of your subscriptions and licenses in your personal space, you can at any time know your billing deadline and cancel your subscription.

Are the projects deleted after the end of the subscription?

At the end of your subscription, your projects are not deleted from the platform and are kept as is.

However, they will no longer be editable or annotatable and they will not be shareable either, you will simply be allowed to consult them.

Are the reports available for free?

When you wish to share your reports with potential clients or collaborators, they are not required to pay to view the projects sent, only the editor is required to do so.

However, if they wish to take advantage of Capian's functionalities, such as annotating or modifying the document, they must have an active license of Capian in their possession.

Do you do custom features?

Yes we do for corporate accounts on qualified request. Custom feature development is available for enterprise accounts and on demand.

Occasionally, certain features will be made available to all customers after a development phase for our enterprise customers.

It is important to note that Capian may reserve the right to make functionality developed in a particular context available to all Capian users if it is appropriate.

And do I have access to support?

Support provided by Capian is multi-platform. Depending on your subscription you will have access to one or more ways to contact support (chat, mail, video or phone).

Can I use Capian on all browsers?

You can read your reports on all browsers, however the Capian application is currently only available on the Google Chrome browser and on Mobile

The Capian team is already working to make the web application compatible with other browsers.

What is the refund policy?

Each refund request will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be tailor-made.

A refund may be issued if a renewal has been made without using the account.

How to request a refund?

  2. Explain why you want a refund by indicating your :
    • Last name
    • First name
    • E-mail address used for registration

We will review your refund request as soon as possible and get back to you as soon as possible.

Installation at the customer's site?

Installation at the customer's site is only possible for large accounts and on request of the organization.
