Founded in 1892, iA Finance Group is one of the largest and most prominent insurance companies in Canada. iA covers all of Canada and specializes in life and health insurance products.

With 20 subsidiaries, it was important that our Capian audit covers not only iA Finance Group's website, but work to address consistency between all sections of the group.

Methodology

Everybody needs insurance and has to visit an insurance company’s website from time to time, so it’s essential that iA Finance Group responds effectively to its users needs and goals. Our hope is that the Capian audit, made with Bastien & Scapin’s ergonomic cognitive criterias, will help iA to better reach clients without compromising on their brand image.
