Example of a quick UX audit: Didacte

Website context

Didacte is an online training platform that allows individual trainers and companies to create interactive courses. Users can customize client or employee training with images, videos, pdf files, quizzes, and more. Because courses can be entirely personalized, businesses can use their own logos and urls.

Methodology

We focused our usability audit on Didacte’s online courses offer and client bases. Managing a product made for different clients can be challenging; Bastien & Scapin’s usability criteria were used to address how web elements interact with varying client needs.
